When the buyer pays through a third party (organization or individual), the buyer must ensure that the following conditions are met:    

Third parties (organizations or individuals) are not involved in financial violations such as money laundering.

Third parties (organizations or individuals) are not involved in terrorist activities.

Third parties (organizations or individuals) and their countries are not involved in international sanctions.

The buyer must provide the actual payer (organization or individual) name and effective contact information in the original language and English.

The seller has the right to request the buyer to provide a scanned copy of the business license and an English translation and notarization of the actual payer (organization or individual).

The seller has the right to request the buyer to provide a scanned copy of the identity certificate (passport or ID card) of all shareholders and related individuals of the actual payer (organization or individual) and an English translation and notarization.

当买方通过第三方（机构或个人）付款时，买方必须确保符合下列条件：

第三方（机构或个人）及其所在国家不涉及国际制裁。

买方必须以原文和英文提供实际付款人（机构或个人）的名称和有效联系办法。

卖方有权要求买方提供实际付款人（机构或个人）的营业执照扫描件和英文翻译件及公证。

卖方有权要求买方提供实际付款人（机构或个人）全体股东及相关个人的身份证明（护照或身份证）扫描件和英文翻译件及公证。
